1. Service Description
CoachDraft is an online platform that connects high school coaches with high schools posting coaching positions in the United States, currently focused on New Jersey and New York.
2. Account Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current information and keep it updated.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
CoachDraft offers a free tier and a Pro tier. The Pro tier is $9.99/month with a 30-day free trial. The first 50 sign-ups (Founding Coaches) pay $4.99/month for the first 12 months, then $9.99/month thereafter. You can cancel anytime through your account settings.
4. Free Trial
New Pro users receive a 30-day free trial. We require a valid payment method to start the trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
5. Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. If you cancel during your free trial, you will not be charged. For billing disputes, contact us at hello@coachdraftapp.com within 14 days of the charge.
6. School Job Postings
Schools may post job listings free of charge. Schools must provide accurate information. CoachDraft reserves the right to remove listings that violate our policies.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to post false information, harass other users, use the service for spam, scrape data, or attempt unauthorized access.
8. Disclaimers — IMPORTANT

CoachDraft is a job listing and networking platform only. We are NOT an employment agency, recruiter, or staffing service. We do not employ coaches, do not screen schools or coaches, and do not guarantee any specific outcome.
SIGNING UP FOR COACHDRAFT DOES NOT GUARANTEE EMPLOYMENT. Subscribing to our Pro service grants you access to platform features but provides NO guarantee, promise, or warranty of employment, interviews, or any specific outcome.
SCHOOLS ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR HIRING DECISIONS. All hiring decisions are made entirely by individual schools. CoachDraft has no involvement in, control over, or responsibility for hiring decisions.
BACKGROUND CHECKS ARE THE SCHOOL'S RESPONSIBILITY. Schools must conduct all necessary background checks, criminal history reviews, fingerprinting, certification verifications, drug testing, child abuse clearances, and any other due diligence required by their state, district, or institution before hiring any coach.
USER-GENERATED CONTENT. All profile information is provided by users themselves. CoachDraft does NOT verify, endorse, or vouch for any user-provided information.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COACHDRAFT, ITS OWNER(S), EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY hiring decisions or employment outcomes, conduct of any user, damages arising from coach-school interactions, failure of schools to perform background checks, misrepresentation by any user, workplace incidents, accidents, or harm of any kind, or indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed $100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is less.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CoachDraft from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, false information you provide, your interactions with other users, or hiring decisions made by your school.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated by email.
